Replacement

Automobile glass supplied by Native Auto Glass LLC is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle in which the glass is installed. Defects are considered as: stress breaks (not caused by impact), distortions in glass, lamination separation of glass, noise or water leakage. Defects must be brought to the attention of Native Auto Glass LLC within 30 days of discovery. Proof of Installation by Native Auto Glass LLC is required.

This warranty does not cover leaks or related damage in connection with installations to vehicles having damage or rust on the pinch weld. Native Auto Glass LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to advise you of the existence of such damage or rust prior to removal of existing glass; however, it is often not possible to do this. In these cases, Native Auto Glass LLC is not responsible for any associated damage. In addition, damage not involving defective workmanship or materials is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER OR VENDOR BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Repair

It is important to note the repair process can result in a chipped windshield cracking or existing cracks around the chip spreading further. Native Auto Glass LLC will not be held responsible in such occurrences during the repair process. Once a chip has been successfully filled, we will guarantee the repaired chip and associated cracks from spreading further or we will credit the cost of the chip repair towards the replacement of a new windshield for as long as you own the vehicle. Warranty is nontransferable and does not apply to new chips or existing chips that have not been repaired by Native Auto Glass LLC. Proof of Installation by Native Auto Glass LLC is required.
